C.P Associates are an independent chartered multidisciplinary surveying consultancy offering a complete range of design, building surveying, quantity surveying and project management services.

Established over twenty years ago, we have a wealth of experience working with clients from all sectors including public, education, commercial, retail, residential and listed church buildings.

Our central location in Leicestershire allows us to cover a wide geographical area; Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire & Derbyshire. We have an in-house team of Chartered Building Surveyors, Architectural Technicians, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and are partnered with a Chartered Structural Engineer.

C.P Associates are proud to be chartered as full members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). We are regulated and practice within the highest standards, promoted by both professional bodies, offering our clients reassurance that their assets are in the hands of qualified and experienced professionals.
