An Employer’s Agent role is usually associated with Design and Build Contracts, although the role of Client, or Employer’s Representative under other forms of building contracts can be considered broadly similar.
It is a role which encompasses the skill set of a Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Cost Consultant and Risk Manager. Therefore, for the role to be successfully undertaken, we believe that only those Consultants who have expertise in all these areas should be appointed by Clients. We believe that our knowledge, expertise and extensive experience of the associated procurement method and the forms of contract, gives us a considerable advantage in the marketplace and provides our Clients with added value.
