CDM compliance:
C.P ASSOCIATES are experienced in ensuring our clients are compliant with the CDM Regulations 2015. These regulations ensure that clients, both commercial and residential, and designers take responsibility for the health and safety on-site. We can be appointed as Principal Designer to take control of the pre-construction phase and advise on managing risks throughout the project.

We will collate the necessary information for the Pre-Construction Information Pack and work to eliminate foreseeable health and safety risks or reduce/control those that cannot.
We will also ensure that a suitable Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan is prepared by the contractor.
